Black Jambhala Auspicious-Symbol Dzi

US$115 and up

Contrasting auspicious and eye motifs carry wishes for goodness, merit and thoughtful action.

Description

In Tibetan culture, Dzi beads carry a sense of devotion, aspiration and personal significance. Worn close or placed on an altar, they express wishes for good fortune, protection and merit.

According to Qi Xi’s product records, this collection was offered in a Tibetan monastery for thirty-six months in accordance with Tibetan Buddhist rituals. Worn or displayed, each piece can serve as a daily reminder of mindfulness and kindness.

The original records describe clear black-and-white contrast, cinnabar-like markings and limited availability. The surface patterns and motifs give this collectible its individual character.

The “卍” here is a traditional Buddhist auspicious symbol representing goodness and merit. The circular eye motif invites reflection on one’s words and actions.

The original Black Jambhala description emphasises kindness and merit: offering or wearing the piece is accompanied by generosity, integrity and sincerity, with wishes for abundance and spiritual joy.

Offered with care by Qi Xi, may this piece accompany kind intentions and thoughtful actions, with meaning that stays close.
