Terms & conditions

A summary of Qi Xi’s existing shopping, delivery and after-sales arrangements, for you to read before ordering.

Orders & Payment

Please check your chosen product, option and delivery details. This shop displays prices in US dollars. Available payment methods, destinations, shipping charges and the total after discounts are shown at checkout.

Receiving your order & aftercare

Please inspect your items on arrival. If anything is damaged, contact customer service within three days of receipt for assistance. Please also contact us about product concerns or return and exchange enquiries.

Dispatch & Tracking

After payment is confirmed, orders are usually dispatched from Malaysia within 7 working days. Estimated arrival is about 12 days after dispatch; actual timing varies by destination country, customs and logistics, and delays may take longer. We provide a tracking number after dispatch and notify you of stock or delivery delays. France follows the existing European shipping-zone rates; the final shipping charge is calculated at checkout using the delivery address.

Import duties and refunds

Customers are responsible for import duties and other taxes charged by customs at the destination. Please check local requirements before purchasing.

Once a refund is confirmed, we will arrange it within 14 days. The time it takes to reach your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

Collection Policy Enquiries

Hand-painted thangka exchange, Dzi upgrade and the appreciation programme for eligible old Dzi each have their own scope. Contact Qi Xi to confirm which policy applies to your piece before proceeding.

Prepare Your Product and Purchase Details

Provide the product reference, proof of purchase and current-condition photos, and tell us which policy you are enquiring about. These details help our team check the piece and applicable conditions.

Confirm Before Making Arrangements

Our team will explain eligibility, the calculation and next steps based on the product, purchase record and condition. Confirm the arrangements before sending your piece. Stated percentages do not mean that every product qualifies unconditionally.

Contact us if you need help. Collection policy enquiries and arrangements are separate from ordinary purchase return or exchange requests.

Thangka Transfers

Please contact Qi Xi directly for matters relating to a Thangka transfer.
