Information We Process
When you register, order or contact us, we process the name, email, telephone number, billing and delivery addresses, product and order details, payment status, account information and support messages you provide. Voucher claim and use records support promotion management; cart and sign-in records support their respective functions.
Website operation and security services may process IP addresses, browser and device information, and request logs. With your consent, Google Analytics measures page views, sources, devices and shopping events. Please do not send full card numbers, verification codes or passwords through support messages.
With your explicit consent to statistics, we record successful cart additions locally in the store: time, product and quantity, source page, and the associated account when signed in. Country is a network-based estimate and is left unidentified when unavailable. These cart records do not store IP addresses, delivery addresses or URL query parameters, and account details are not sent to Google. Access is restricted to authorised store staff. Records are retained for 90 days and removed by a daily cleanup task; delayed tasks may remove them later. You can withdraw statistics consent in privacy settings to stop new records and contact us to request access or deletion.
Purposes and Grounds for Processing
We use information to process orders and payments, arrange delivery and after-sales support, maintain accounts and order history, manage vouchers, answer enquiries, and protect the website against misuse. Order fulfilment and necessary pre-purchase services support the transaction; legally required records support legal obligations; necessary security and support processing serves the relevant legitimate interests. Optional analytics relies on your consent, which you can change at any time.
Payments, Delivery and Service Providers
This storefront uses Stripe for payments. Stripe processes the information needed for payment under its service arrangements; the storefront records orders, payment status and related transaction information. Delivery details, including recipient name, address, telephone number and necessary order information, are provided to the logistics service arranged for the destination.
Hosting, website maintenance, security and email service providers process information needed to deliver their services. Google provides analytics and reCAPTCHA anti-abuse services. External social, map, video and app-store services process information under their own privacy policies when you use their links or features.
Cookies and Your Choices
Necessary technologies support the cart, sign-in, checkout and website security. Optional analytics and external media load according to the website’s privacy choices. You can choose necessary items only, accept optional items or customise your choices, and reopen privacy settings to change them. Rejecting optional analytics does not remove basic shopping functions.
Data Retention
Order and account information currently has no automatic deletion deadline and is retained for account services, purchase history, after-sales support and related accounting. Voucher claim records enforce cumulative claim and dispatch rules and are not automatically cleared when a voucher is used. This setting does not exclude applicable privacy requests; transaction information that must legally be retained is handled separately from information eligible for deletion.
International Processing
Qi Xi operates in Malaysia. International delivery, Stripe, Google and other service providers may process information outside your country, where data protection rules may differ. Contact our privacy email for details of the recipients or arrangements relevant to your transaction and information. Consent to optional analytics does not waive your statutory rights.
Access, Correction and Other Privacy Requests
You can update editable contact and address details in your account, or email us with applicable requests for access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or data portability. We may need to verify identity and handle requests under applicable law and necessary transaction retention requirements. You may also complain to the relevant data protection authority. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
Security and Policy Updates
Please protect your account and device and avoid sharing passwords. Internet transmission and storage cannot be guaranteed to be completely secure. Contact us promptly if you suspect your account or information has been affected. Updates to this policy will show a revised date on this page.
