Product allocation and natural variation
Choose your product and any design, size or price tier offered on its page. Qi Xi carefully selects the item within your chosen product and specifications. Additional pattern selection or requests for a specific bead are not available. Natural patterns and handmade details vary; photographs are for reference. Only the options listed on the product page are available for selection.
Destinations & arrangements
We offer delivery only; local pickup is not available. France follows the same shipping rates as our existing European shipping zone. Available destinations and delivery options depend on the address entered at checkout. Please contact us before ordering if you need delivery by a specific date.
Delivery costs
Prices are shown in US dollars (US$). Shipping is calculated using our current delivery rules and displayed at checkout. Customers are responsible for import duties and other taxes charged by customs at the destination. Please check local requirements before purchasing.
Preparation & transit times
After payment is confirmed, orders are usually dispatched from Malaysia within 7 working days. Estimated arrival is about 12 days after dispatch; actual timing varies by destination country, customs and logistics, and delays may take longer. We provide a tracking number after dispatch and notify you of stock or delivery delays. Please contact us before ordering if you need delivery by a particular date.
International orders & customs
Customers are responsible for import duties and other taxes charged by customs at the destination, and for meeting local clearance requirements. If you need help with product information, please send us the destination country and product name.
Receiving your order & aftercare
Please check the packaging and items on arrival. If an item is damaged, contact us within three days of receipt with your order number, retaining the packaging and clear photographs. Please contact us first about other returns or exchanges. Once a refund is confirmed, we will arrange it within 14 days. The time it takes to reach your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
